The idea of a program aside from diet and physical exercise to lose body weight sound too good to believe. I think I have an interest in this book. Congrats to the author on being the #BOTD!

'Official Review: The Good food Diet' by Miami Mike is thorough research work on the book about losing weight for readers. It has a fascinating introduction. It presents the complete structure of the contents of the book for all sincere readers. The point that the author comes up with a program to help readers spontaneously reduce some weight is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the book contains the element of humor and hilarious acronyms, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was informative to learn that the author's work simplifies the process of weight loss!

It's a good read speaking as a person who wants to shed little weight and has not been actively pursuing that goal. It's also amazing ands comforting the author includes snippets of his struggle with losing weight and this makes me relentless. At least I know I don't have to give up my favourite meals to lose weight.

As someone who has struggled with weight, appearance, and general health, I completely resonate with the author's motivation to write this book. Not only does it help you with weight loss, but also promotes enjoying good food we love instead of sad restrictions!

My relatives had read a lot of articles and tried a lot of exercises but nothing seemed to work out. Even though they do their diet and exercises regularly. The explanation in this review seems interesting. Maybe the content of this book migt work out for my relatives, I would recommend them to read this. Thank you for your review.

I think different things work for different people. The author's method might not work for another person, but all the same sounds like an interesting book I'll check out. Thanks for a clear and amazing review

Thanks for a thorough review of this book. The sample was very interesting, I once had a college professor that would jump up and down whenever he wanted us to really pay attention and remember what he was about to say. That's kind of what the underlined and highlighted words in this book meant to me, so I don't think that would bother me. I liked how he said to look at a certain chapter or page number... for a certain item, so I'm glad to know that you don't have to necessarily read it in order. I'm going to look further into this book for some information and suggestions at least.

As someone who has struggled with my weight for a while books presenting new theories and techniques are always met with a level of skepticism from me. But this one actually sounds interesting. Your review has made me want to read this. Great review.

The book says more than just losing weight. One thing I love about books is when the authors are witnesses or victims of what they write. He clearly states that though you'll lose weight but it'll take time. This to me is pure and true remedy. I don't need to lose weight cause I'm great the way I am but, this is something that I can recommend to my friends, family and people that want to lose weight. I approve, it's a definite yes for me. Kudos to him

A book worth exploring. What exactly does the program entail? I would like to find out. I have always had a fat tummy and I hope that this self-help book would provide pointers on how I trim it down. Thanks for the detailed review. Congratulations on BOTD.

Self help books are always a great go-to read. Though weight loss may not be something that the reader is struggling with, the education that is derived from the pages of these well researched novels is definitely worth the read. Congratulations to the author for using his life experiences as a teaching opportunity. A great BOTD selection!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting self-help book designed to assist people in losing weight while also attempting to correct issues with already existing diet plans. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

I admit that this is a helpful book. But certain methods work for certain people. Even though the author had proven the result, is there any testimonies to ensure the achievemnt? Those methods only mentioned the success story, right? I think this kind of book needs to put the pros and cons from other people who are really follow the program. It must be more helpful. Thank you for a great review.
