I liked your last sentence. I think that being healthy and well does require time and effort. It's nice to hear about a book where that is clear. A lot of such books seem to promise shake and bake answers with quick results.

It was very interesting to read the review for this book and I think I can add up this book to my collection. It seems like a helpful one for my research on health and wellness, and I believe I could use it as an add on for my fitness routine. I hope to find some great and new things here. Thanks for introducing me to this book.

A health book about fitness and nutrition sounds educational. It is good that the book contains tips, info on nutrition, and personal stories. It makes it more user friendly. That the book was well-edited is another plus. Not my genre, but I am glad you found it useful. Thank you for the review!

I don't like self-help books, and I don't see myself reading this one, though I may skim the weight loss myths.

An interesting read for some but not me. I've had it with tips and tricks. Great review and I like humor just not in herbal remedy recommendations.

I like that the author included a myth debunking portion with regards to the many fads in dieting. Thanks for your review.

I am always drawn to books of this nature! I have read so many of them, but I love to read about the nutrition advances and the sound exercise advice offered by this genre. I will check into this one further. Thank you for the recommendation.

This sounds like a great book to help sort through all the fad diets and exercise methods out there. It can be daunting to try to find a good way to improve your health these days and this sounds like a very helpful resource. Thanks for the review!

I think that we are constantly bombarded with all kind of health theories. It is good that there is a book that shatters those myths. I would be interested in reading this. Great review.

On reading this book preview, I find that the author has a lot of information on what is myth and what is fact and why. I like his story and his style of writing. As a former gym trainer and powerlifter, his facts and myths are right on. An easy, thoughtful, and knowledgable read. I look forward to reading more.

This is an educational non-fiction fitness guide to health, wellness, and physical and spiritual wellbeing. The book is free on Kindle Unlimited and has an interesting OnlineBookClub review that I liked reading. I rated the book 3 out of 4 stars. Congrats on the BOTD selection.
