This is an interesting educational non-fiction novel on managerial practices and philosophies, success, and a winning mindset. The book has a free sample on Amazon Kindle and has a well-written OnlineBookClub review. Congrats on the BOTD selection.

One thing standing out to me from your review is that the book addresses different categories of managers. Often books don't differentiate and the tips aren't very useful in real life.

This sounds like a great book for managers or aspiring managers. There are so many nuances to being in charge that people often overlook. I like that the book is organized and that the author's voice and personality shine through his writing.

I've read many books on leadership and managing and am in a managerial role myself. The author does a good job of laying out information and using his own experience as examples. The chapter outlines look very interesting and packed with information that any aspiring leader or manager may need. I look forward to seeing the entire book.

I have just read the free sample on Amazon and your review and I must say that this book sounds really interesting. Reading about other people's mistakes is a good way to be prepared and not to make the same mistakes oneself.
