Robots are being used in many places and replacing humans in many jobs! I am unsure how I would feel about being treated by a robot in psychotherapy! It sounds scary to me! I don't think I would enjoy reading this book because, fiction or non-fiction, I believe it would make me uncomfortable! Thanks for the great review!

I am a fan of science fiction and the robotic term 'RT9' fascinates me and I believe I would enjoy this novel as well. I never thought this novel will be science fiction because of the title of the novel. Congrats on BOTD anyway! Great review!

I wonder if the choice of James and John, two biblical names was a coincidence or not? Also confusing at times trying to get the names the right way round at the start of the book!

One thing I love is the bond between James and john, it shows they have a long way in their friendship. I hope they can protect their families and association from the problem they find themselves in. Nice review and congratulations on your BOTD.

I think I might seriously think about reading this one. I do love science fiction and the concept of having a robot in psychotherapy sounds quite intriguing. Whatever is said about artificial intelligence, there is something about it that always worries me, and the book seems to show the overlap between our lives and the use of the development of artificial intelligence. It seems an interesting book with some romance.

I do enjoy a good science fiction novel. However, after sampling a few chapters, I don't think I will enjoy this book a lot. It's got too much technical language to hold my interest for a long time. But thanks for the great review. It really shows how much you enjoyed the book.
