Great review! I like the premise, but I'm not sure how I feel about the poetic aspect of it (I'm just not that big a fan of poetry). Congrats to the author regardless. I appreciated those words of encouragement for aspiring writers.

That's the main reason I even decided posting on these forums, is to more or less, give back to the community and spread some light to new authors. Meanwhile, Nyxe went ahead and hit #1 in Space Opera, Military, Dystopian and High-Tech Internationally since this thread.

Also, the book's not that poetic . I didn't even realize how 'poetic' it was until people started talking about it. That wasn't intentionally engineered. I just wrote what came from the heart. ^_^

Thank you, Sarah! Eon Seven sounds much more complicated than Nyxe. It's always interesting to see author development over time.

Yes, I may have overstated the poetry. Yes there is poetry involved, but part of my use for that word included the wonderful visualization in some of the scenes. I maybe should have found some additional ways of expressing that.

I suspect that if there has been accent on the poetic aspect of the book from sources other than myself, it is because it is so unusual to see it in the sci fi genre. It seems a bit more common in fantasy though, like in LOTR, where there are small songs or poems sprinkled throughout.
