Great review! I've only read the sample and was intent on giving it a pass, but I'm intrigued enough now, after reading this review, to give it a second look. I'm a fan of historical fiction and I find it interesting that modern themes were introduced.

The plot set nearly a thousand years ago is really intriguing. I look forward to reading that part about Templar Library. I also wish to read the first two books in the series. Congrats on BOTD!

This is a book spanning many eras in history. You can almost feel being as though a time traveler having to read through these niches in time. Until the time of the war and the present time, which we might be a bit informed of events, the moments are very interesting to read. I am interested, no doubt, in reading this. Thanks for the review.

A story set up 1000 years ago, during the Templar Knights, sounds irresistible. The Templar Library, where the first editions are kept, have signs of a treasure. I'm glad it's a standalone work, although it's the third book in the series. Thank you for your wonderful and convincing review!

The sample started with Ian and Serena killing Hitler and staging it as a suicide. I wonder how this story connects with the rest of the book.

The four protagonists are semi-immortal. How did that happen?

I am mighty curious.
