Sometimes you can put all your efforts into something and not yield results because you are aiming your efforts in the wrong direction. A coach or teacher is what you need to direct you on your path to success. The author guides you to achieve your goals. The focus and reflection sections of the book are the book's pluses. That was a neatly organised review!
