It's a tale of bioterrorism, with scientists playing God and unwittingly unleashing viruses on the world without understanding their impact on human existence. It's a stark reminder that this scenario could occur to any of us. An excellent review made me want to read this book.

The author narrates the story from the point of view of various characters involved a bioterrorism plot. The author is an immunologist, hence she brings valuable expertise to the plot. This medical thriller is well-written, thought-provoking, and poses many questions that will keep readers entertained.

A new virus is released in the US as part of a bioterrorism attempt. Dr. Mallory is the first to identify this among her patients. Will she be able to stop the virus before a pandemic ensues? The author's expertise shines brightly in describing the events.

You really get it to the point. The novel was full of tension and it feels like I'm in the novel experiencing the conflict of the climax. I do read novels about bioterrorism and this take me to another level. It showcase the reality of people's lives and helplessness in our world. Nice review

Bioterrorism is very bad; I wonder why people will even think of it. I will like to know whether Mallory was able to identify the virus before it spread.

I like that this book is written from the character's perspective, which is hardly found in books of this nature. Thank you for the review.

Medical thrillers always get a grip of instilling fear making them amazing thrillers. Dr. Podjasek’s choice of characters is interesting, one with the CDC, the scientist, all making a well calculated medical mystery. Particles in the Air is an amazing read for those interested in bioterrorism and control of medical issues.

I hate it when scientists defy there roles and use viruses as weapons to create illness. Being a scientist doesn't give you that tight at all. I look forward to reading this book. Congratulations on making a book of the day.

Reading your review and looking at how you detailed about the book, I feel excited and can't wait to read it by myself.
Indeed I am not medical field oriented l, but I really become interested in the book per your elaboration.
I am also recommend that, such a book should be added into academic literature programs for more benefit.

I wonder what will happen to the United States if Dr. Mallory Hayes was not able to identify the virus and the harm it will cause to people's lives. Congrats on BOTD!
