At the start of the review, I was shocked to read that the reviewer's belief is different than normal, as it has written in review that the reader will see good things as bad thing and vice versa after reading the book.
Also the sample shows that the book is written after taking high efforts and taking reference of many books. The sample has emphasized on the subject of 'human worries'

You review has clearly sparked a curiosity in me to experience William's perspective of stress. Thank you for your thorough review.

Thanks to this book, actually I didn't recognize all those effects of worrying and sometimes I confuse worrying with overthinking so this book will help more people to reduce worrying and be more productive in their activities

Worry, fear, stress, anxiety - so many emotions that are aligned but vastly different in what causes them and how they may shape your view of something occurring in your life. The author takes the reader on a journey to understand what they mean and how beneficial certain emotions are and how to help navigate the complexities of these emotions from a scientific background.

Alston's book, “4 Keys to Anabolic State” is a very enlightening and very educative read. The book explains anxiety, and types of anxieties and offers a fresh perspective. The author shows us that anxiety is a natural mechanism given to help us and explains how to embrace anxiety, trust it, and let it work for us. This is definitely a good book if you are looking for something to pick you up from your comfort zone.

This is the first time I am hearing of a state of the body known as anabolic state, a status where the body and mind is optimized. This sounds quite theoretical to me. I hope to read about such a concept to learn more. Thanks for the review.

The review piqued my interest by describing how the book turns common beliefs on their head. I love that it's conversational yet backed by research. I'm curious about the 'red pill' approach to mindset—sounds like a must-read for anyone into self-improvement!
