The book seems a good example of how we can defeat hard situations with the strong belief. But the book seems too religious for me. So, I am going to pass this one. Thanks for this great review.

This seems like an interesting storyline. The life of Father Anthony is something to learn about. Also, I am interested to know about Father Anthony what John didn't know. I love the author's use of flashbacks to narrate the backstory effectively. Nice Review.

According to OBC review, Always Before Me by John Servant is centred around catholism, it's practices and principles. Although this is a religious book, John Servant has woven it beautifully that it appeals to religious and non religious readers alike.

I don't really like this genre but this book seems interesting. I am curious to see how the Catholic church is portrayed in this book. Congrats on BOTD.

A book on faith might not be suitable for me, as I'm not fond of religious books. Nonetheless, congratulations on BOTD!

The review is interesting as it proves the reviewer's knowledge in similar novels and his/her ability to compare writting styles to the benefit of the reader.

I appreciate that the author wrote the book suited for everyone as the review says that this will appeal to religious or non- religious readers as the story is plot driven not religion focused. I want to unravel the many mysterious aspects of the life of Father Paul. Congrats BOTD!

A religious book that isn't necessarily centered on religion but on developing the plot of the novel while still infusing the doctrines and teaching of the faith itself, love!. The biggest flaw I see in religiously themed books is the compromise the author makes on the general development of the book. They tend to sacrifice this story development for teaching more of the religion. When a book could comprise so much more and be themed in so many ways, the authors should be more intentional and explore the beauty of dynamism in writing while still not losing the moral lesson they wish to teach. For this alone, I am sure Always Before Me will be a great read. Great review.

I'm not a Roman Catholic, so I'll probably have a hard time understanding the doctrines of that religion in this book. I avoid reading stories that are too focused on religion alone. Specific readers may find this book helpful about their beliefs. Congratulations on the BOTD.

The review is short and concise. It doesn't cover the many aspects in the story and doesn't completely reveal the plot. It basically is not a spoiler alert type of a review, which is good for those who are intrigued into reading the book. The review does however build the suspense around the book and somehow compels the reader to delve more into the book, which by itself is praiseworthy.

This book is full of surprises. A reader is bound think, at the outset, that the story is all sombre and religious, but there is more, much more.
Thanks for the great review.
