This mysterious Kirsten intrigues me. I really want to know the chemistry behind her relationship with Quinn. Quinn should be vigilant in his assignment.
Good review for a great book.

I think with another girl gone missing, Quinn ought to change his mind. What is Quinn's connection to Kristen and who is the perpetuator of those acts? I would have to read the book to assuage my curiosity. Nicely written review and Congratulations on BOTD.

Detective Quinn's retirement doesn't sound like okay because of the last case he had before his retirement. The plot of the book sounds amazing, and I might add this book to my library and read it next week. Thank you for your wonderful review.

I like the use of suspense in the book to keep the readers engaged. Kirsten seems very mysterious, how she is connected to Quinn? And why does she come in her life at this moment? I'm curious to find out.

The investigation runs with a detective from the police station is a kind of story with lots of mischievous things. The detective's inquisitive mind didn't keep him from early retirement. He's going into a curious investigation. I’m eager to read this book. Great review.

The reviews of this book are thorough and accurate. The theme of the mysterious relationship between Quinn and Kirsten seems sturdy enough to survive a sequel. I would definitely read a follow-up involving another case they investigate. :tiphat:

Once a cop, always a cop, right? I'm intrigued by the mystery that is Kirsten. Were I a detective, I'd be frustrated to fail at uncovering a mystery involving someone that is living with me. The book does sound riveting indeed. Congrats on the BOTD!

This is an already captivating story for me, from the part Quinn retired and still couldnt enjoy his retirements. I wonder if he had anything to do with the missing girls. Congrats on making the book of the day.

A lot of questions are running through my mind, as to what led to his divorce and what and who is Kirsten. I want to know. This is a very interesting book i must say.
