City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments ) By: Cassandra Clare
City of Ashes (The Mortal Instruments ) By: Cassandra Clare
City of Glass (The Mortal Instruments ) By: Cassandra Clare
City of Fallen Angels (The Mortal Instruments ) By: Cassandra Clare
City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments ) By: Cassandra Clare
City of Heavenly Fire (The Mortal Instruments ) By: Cassandra Clare
Then almost like a prequel/ supplement to The Mortal Instruments series:
Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices ) By: Cassandra Clare
Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices ) By: Cassandra Clare
Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices ) By: Cassandra Clare

The simplest description of both series is the battle between good and evil forces. Shadowhunters are descended from Angel's blood. They protect the human world from demons, fairies, rogue vampires and werewolves . There are many twists and turns...very well worth reading.

I love reading the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton. I love the way she incorporates a bad A woman into the world of vampires and wereanimals. She is a very detailed writer and I love being able to put myself into the story in my mind.

I like the Anita Blake series too. Also the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs. I love to read about strong women who not only fight their own battles but can rescue the men in their lives. I also enjoyed the shifter series and Sookie Stackhouse series. I recently started reading a series by Jeaniene Frost that is very good. The only hard part about loving series books is waiting for the next book to come out, and when the series ends.

My favorite series has to be Tiger's Curse by Colleen Houck. I love everything about this series from the characters, to the drama, the love and the hate. I could also really connect to the main character. I think she is very stubborn at points but its that tension that builds that drives me crazy.

Hm. I do like a lot of the series that I've read, but it's hard to pick out a favourite one, because it's hard to pick one I love.

Right now, however, I'm positively crushing on Nalini Singh's Guild Hunter series.

Luxe series by Jennifer L Armentrout - I fell in love with this series... so much so the characters became real to me... even though it was a fantasy fiction!

When I was younger, I couldn't get enough of Redwall and The Animorphs. Those still have a special place in my heart. Also, of course, Harry Potter. I'm currently in the middle of Margaret Atwood's MaddAddam trilogy, and it is fantastic. I also am eagerly awaiting the final installment of Pat Rothfuss' Kingkiller Chronicles. Brandon Sanderson also write some great stuff, like the Mistborn trilogy and his newer Stormlight Archives.
