This kind of books and their characters make me cringe. They always have some kind of enemies left somewhere even when the person is dead. Congratulations to the author.

The title of this book reminds me of a James Hardley Chase novel. I would not mind reading this fast paced story you have described.

This definitely sounds like the thriller novel to get one in the moods. The way it starts explaining the previous novel to get us up to speed is amazing. Thank you for the review!

This seems to be a thrilling ride. And the fact the book centers around one character's life story is quite nice. And personally I like fast paced novels. I will surely give it a try. Thank you for a nice review.

I love action thrillers especially if it contains mafias and mobs. The protagonist Frankie seems very interesting. Looking forward to read the book and satisfy my curiosity.

This is a kind of book I was eyeing for, twists in plot, a good no. Of characters involved makes this book interesting. I would love to know the story of frankie.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. I’m not usually a fan of mafia type books, but I have to admit that this one does sound interesting...

I am not a fan of this genre but I trust like you say that this book can be a good entry for readers who may want to get into such books. Thanks for the great review.

An action packed crime novel, which is the second book in the Frankie Foire series sounds quite interesting. However, this isn't what I'm looking for now – I'll pass. Thanks for the review.

Mafia crime novels are not my cup of tea. I also don't particularly like reading series of books out of order. Although, it's great that the author has made this possible with the summary.

I like thrilling novels like this mafia novel. I can imagine the explosive action that ensues when Jimmy the mafia boss tries to get even with Frankie after being betrayed by him. Nice review.

I have to agree that the author's context-setting for the book is useful, particularly as this is not the first book in the story. Many writers do not do this. Also, if it really is fast paced, then I would definitely read it.
