I am very happy to have found a book on weight loss with a practical long-term goal-oriented approach. And not only is it coming to me at no cost at a time in my life when I'm stepping up my weight loss routine. I know what works because I've done it before, but I'm always open to new information and happy to incorporate new ways to help me on my journey of reaching and surpassing my goals. (Not just as far as the weight is concerned either.) Thank you for making this book available to us all.

Like Zeus is commonly associated with all large moves and expansion in astrology, this books aims at helping one conquer all that grandeur, whether it's mental obesity or physical one that touches the skin. It's very healthy to look big and "not hungry" but sometimes this is blown out of proportion, and, thank goodness, we finally have a guide to alter this "getting big cycle", and having the body we are happy to live with.
