I feel pity sorry for Gary because all that has happened between him and Michelle was just a dream. Perfect writing!!

I haven't read the first book, Worldlines, but I agree that the story idea sounds interesting. I'm interested in understanding how the author explains the theory that makes it possible for a person to be possessed by their doppelganger from another timeline through lucid dreaming. Thanks for the review!

I read 'Worldlines' and thoroughly enjoyed it. I still remember the birthday scene where Michelle died. I'm happy that the sequel, 'The Futility of Vengeance', is here. Gary was beginning to get a hold on how to control the lucid dreaming, and I do hope he was able to put it to good use to get out of jail.

"The Futility of Vengeance" by Adam Guest sounds emotional, and Gary being innocent yet stuck in prison feels so unfair. I would love to find out how the story unfolds.
