Do you think the book is appropriate for children ages 6-8 years old? My 7-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter love to read these kinds of books.

That's true! I was reminded of my childhood while reading this. Edgar is a lot like I was as a nine-year-old because we both like science and animals.

Thank you for your comment.

I would have adored this book when I was young because I always wanted a monkey as a pet. It seems to have a lot going for it. Thanks for an excellent review!

It's too bad the text was so small. That's difficult. The cabaret scene is also interesting. Why include that? However, the book seems interesting. I wonder why the monkey is named Ok. Thanks for your thoughts here.

Thank you for your kind words. I learned about green monkeys from reading this book.

Hi! Welcome! :greetings-wavingyellow:

This book is recommended for children aged 6-11 years old. If your kids love animal adventure stories, then they should like this one. They might need a little help with the vocabulary though.Thank you so much for reading my review and leaving a comment!

I must admit, I was a bit confused by the inclusion of the cabaret scene. Apart from the tiny text and the typos, the book was great. I think Ok sort of got his name from a misunderstanding. But that's all I'll say about it! :no-spoil:

Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment.

This adventure novel seems interesting. The seems to be well built. I may just give a try of it some time to come. But thanks for the detailed review. Most aspects of the book are talked about.
