I love a good murder mystery book, especially one that has me guessing the killer and motive at every point and just being unpredictable. Plus, there's some romance between a detective and a reporter. How can I not add this to my must-read list? Thanks for the great review.

It’s very hard to find anything I didn’t like in the book A Story of Bad. If I had to point out the less perfect part of the book, then it would certainly be overly detailed descriptions of various meals.
Maybe the author was hungry while writing...
Other than that, I have to say this book has everything I love: learning about a different culture, the Cambodian one, a murder mystery, and some romance.
Thank you for your fantastic review!

Today's BOTD is a murder mystery that has both an engaging plot and well-developed characters. Readers of crime thrillers and mysteries, as well as well-researched novels containing detective work and reasoning are sure to enjoy this 4/4 star read! Thanks for your helpful review and great work!! :-)

I love a good murder mystery, as the reviewer pointed out, just when you think you got the bad guy you are confronted with something else. Mixed with a hint of romance and a bit of adventure. An excellent recipe for a good book.

This looks like an interesting murder/mystery with a clever plot. It can be enjoyable to calculate who the murderer might be. Thanks for a good review on this book.
