Excellent review. Sounds like a brilliant book. I love that he brings in a bit of humor in a thriller about a war veteran
struggling with his inner demons. A definite must read.

Thank you for your review. I'm intrigued and will start reading it next. Your description of the narrative voice - hard yet smooth - piques my interest. Great job!

Damn! I feel this book will definitely be well worth the read. It shows a lot on how war Can affect and change the mental stability of a human and how society’s chains really are compressing to someone in this position. Definitely sounds like a good intriguing read

"The Juicy Fruit Man" is a thriller by LaMar Going about Vietnam veteran Declan Noakes, who smuggling $1 million worth of Thai marijuana. The story features action, suspense, and realism, with some racial discrimination. It's recommended for thriller fans, exploring the challenges of returning home from war.
