I’m just having a terrible time with my formatting skills and I have tried to make sure that the instructions in the help section for my phone are followed to the letter (lol). I have given up at this point but I think it’s worth a shot at calling one of my grandchildren for help with this. Thanks for the extension if you can give me an additional one.
