What a fantastic book, wow. It would be interesting to watch a parody about the life of an elderly button manufacturer in an odd society. The book's appeal is increased by its excellent editing, original premise, and bizarre setting. Additionally, Kafka comes to mind. I'm glad you like it; I find the sound too surrealist. Well done.

I can see how the author played with numbers here.
I wonder how Abi was able to navigate through the constant accusations and arbitrary demands.
Thanks for the great review and kudos to the author.

From the review, the story does not seem like one I would enjoy. I hope others enjoy the dystopian tone. Great review though! Congrats on BOTD.

Absurd novels are the superstars of the fiction genre. I think this makes the story intriguing. The struggle Abi goes through in clearing accusations of wrongdoing is appealing to me. Nice review!

It sounds completely unlike anything I've ever read before and totally unique. I'm not sure yet if this is a dystopian or sci-fi or fantasy novel, but I'm very curious to see.
