Nice review. I am a lover of all things supernatural and this book sounds right up my alley. A strong female lead, angels, demons, darkness and romance are just what I love in a book. Also the part about if the dreamer dies in the dream they die in real life has actually been something I’ve pondered since I was a child. I can’t wait to read this one. Thanks so much for sharing.

I like to read paranormal books and this one also has a romantic line. Two dark souls come together: a fallen angel and a demon and it will be interesting to read how the relationship between Jaime and Collin unfold. The information about gory details of rape and torture are a little bit disquieting but I can just flip through the pages with such descriptions. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

This one appears too dark for my taste. "Jaime's pervasive longing for her own demise" sounds off-putting to me, coupled with the graphic details of rape, torture and murder amongst others. I'm not sure I want to be reminded of occurrences like these though I'm well aware of their existence. Thanks for the thorough review nonetheless.

This book seems to have a riveting premise. The idea of our inner demons killing ourselves during our sleep is quite chilling. However, the graphic content still keeps me on the fence.

Thank you for the great review.

Thanks for the review. I think the described gore would be a bit out of my realm, so thanks for saving me a read. But it sounds like something my friend would like so I'll probably tell her about it!

I added this book to my not interested in reading shelf because I am not a fan of paranormal themes and reading about demons. Really interesting plot and a lot of nice elements for those that like this genre though.

The book is quite interesting. Some aspects of it are off-putting, especially the part about love triangles but mostly I'm intrigued by the review. I want to know more about Jamies dreams. I'm hoping to read this book.

While the idea of fighting demons and taking them out sounds great, I am not up for the violence and graphic scenes. It sounds like the author put together quite the storyline that readers who enjoy this genre might find appealing. As for me, I will pass on this one.

Definitely seems like an interesting read. Jame has a lot on her shoulders and she has a lot she has to think about. She has an unborn child to protect and a town to protect, as well as herself. I wonder how she will be when she has to make amends with her husband's betrayal.

I usually don't read books that are graphic in nature unless the acts serve a purpose in the story. I have a suspiscion that I may not like this one. Nevertheless, congrats on BOTD.

Thanks for this review. It seems that there are many twists and turns involving spirits and demons. I will consider reading this book soon.

I think that this is an interesting book and one that I have not come across yet. I like that the darker romance elements to this story and the cover art is beautiful. I think that the typos would be fixed in the final version and any other errors that you found. I think that the discrepancies in the story regarding Jaime's backstory, age, youthfulness and photographic memory might be explained in the later books.

Dark paranormal kill or be killed type story sounds really interesting. The romance element is also a plus for me. I'm definitely reading this. Nice review.

I guess its a twist on the paranormal romance regarding the dreams, but this book doesn't really appeal to me. Thank you for your review though.
