This was a very thorough and interesting review. I read a sample of this book but your review ales it sound more interesting. Traveling to different countries sounds interesting and Elise sounds like a complex and intriguing character

I liked this review very much. Loved the mention of Sindbad travels! The book seems to be a good one, too. Diverse geography, countries, cultures, and traditions appeal to me. Might check this one out...

Based on the review I'm not sure if this is something that I would enjoy reading. I like the adventure and how the reader learns about different cultures/traditions. I also like that the author incorporated different eras into the story. The psychological aspects of the book turn me away from reading.

This is quite unique that the author combines a supernatural type ability (psychic) with travel. That struck me as odd when I saw the description, but your review cleared up the muddy waters. It sounds like this book is layered with characters that affect other characters which would lend to the reincarnation aspect of it. I will look into this one further and see if it’s a fit. Though I generally love a good psychological investigation, I don’t find myself drawn to this book. The various settings and idea of past lives is interesting, I think I just have too many books on my list. But it sounds engaging and unique. Congrats on botd!
