Am just convince to read this book as its an educative one. I love this about the review. " giving verbal instructions is often easier than penning them in writing" nice work.

Hi,

This is a wonderful review, though I do understand - you have to see it to believe it.

I found this wonderful pastry artist on LinkedIn (Natalie Cramer). Her desserts are unbelievable.

I would love to have a table decorated with both their designs.

Thank you for your review. I am researching more on Maya's eggs.

The book sounds like a feast for the eyes. I'm certain DIY fans will get a kick out of recreating Elston's designs.

Maya Elton is a very talented woman. Using wooden eggs to paint on and not eggs! This sounds like a great DIY book if your into Easter. Great review.

Great review I can say. The book sounds not much revealing to me at all. Maybe due to what it contains which ain't attractive to me at all..
Thanks anyway for the review

Thank you for your informative review. It is good to know that the author successfully gave instructions in written form versus the effectiveness in verbal form. I do not have any use for it so I will skip it, but it sounds like a fun project if the time comes.

The book seems interesting and educational and can be used as a guide for those who would like to paint eggs. In my country it is a tradition to paint eggs for Easter, children learn this art at school and we even have a museum of a Painted Egg with a huge monument of a Colored Egg in front of it. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

A nice collection of over 200 Ideas for decorating eggs is nicely presented in the book "Eggstravagant Easter Eggs" by Maya Elston. Nice thing is that the book provides us the detailed instructions to decorate eggs by ourselves using an assortment of different mediums.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Just seeing the cover brings up memories of my years at a Ukranian Catholic school where I learned to "blow" out the egg innards and design them with wax, coloring, and the special tool. I don't decorate eggs anymore, simple or complex, but I still think I'd enjoy this book. Thanks for the intro!

Personally, since childhood, I have never liked Easter Eggs, mainly because I love chocolate but the chocolate in most Easter Eggs is too sweet and very cheap. However, I gather that the eggs in this book are not made for eating! I'm sure this will appeal to people who enjoy making things and would like some table decorations for Easter or gifts for friends. I'm a fantasy fan so I would probably prefer to make a dragons egg myself. However, it sounds like this book has some wonderful tips which can be used for a lot of things. Your review was informative and pleasant to read.
