During my working years, I think this book would have come in handy. But those days are long gone. Still, after reading the first few chapters, I thought this was extremely well done and I applaud the author for his effort. I hope that many readers will take the opportunity to read this book and absorb, through osmosis or otherwise, the lessons presented.

I already love the book. I grew up with no parental guidance and care and it has only be by determination. I love self-help books because I want to acquire more knowledge to be successful. This book is really good for me. The review is perfect. Thank you.

This is a really fun book to read. It gives that exact motivation that pushes a person positively. If you need that tough love inspiration, then try out this book.

I do not like self-help books at all. I love that it has a slight tough love approach, but, unfortunately, today's BOTD is not my cup of tea.

I want to live by intention and not action. I love this book so much. I have read it in the past and I must say the author included amazing tips for growth and development. Please get a copy for yourself or friend if you haven't. It's worth the read. Congratulations on BOTD!

Well, firstly the title caught me off guard i thought it would be just another self improvement book but it was everything other than just. The deeper i read, the deeper the decisions of my life came on surface and the more optimistic approach i got to see life as in a different way. I used to usk why would it happen to me but i realised if it happened to me it might as well had happened to someone in the world " how did they overcome it" or "how did they resolve it" these were the thoughts i got, then it came on me if they can do it or find a solution why can't I. So, basically i just want to say its really amazing how the author views and puts his words to bring out the potential one is capable of.

I am not very much interested in self-help books, and that is exactly because they often make changing your life sound so rosy and simple. If this book includes the aspect of “work”, then it might be worth a try. I also like that it seems to understand that success doesn’t mean the same thing to everyone. The title definitely sounds funny and down-to-earth; getting your head out of your but’s is always a good idea! Thank you for the thorough review!

I know many people who are always ready to say: "Yeah, but..." so I learned pretty quickly that such an attitude will lead you nowhere. That said, there's always room for improvement, which makes this book interesting to me. Thank you for your great review!

Thank you so much for the great, detailed, review! The one thing that really got my attention is the title, I found it hilarious. I agree that many self-help books or inspirational books sound positive all the time, I need a book to help me realize all the negative things that are happening around me to make me aware of it.

Thank you for your very thorough review! Though, I have to admit, I'd have read the book without it. I do judge books by their covers, and the title is so clever. Adding to my shelves right away!

I don’t really like self-help books. They often end up sounding “preachy”. I do agree, however, that it is essential to take responsibility for your own life. Too many people blame their failures on others.

Wdowiak affirms the fact that positive thoughts and encouragements are important to ensure one's happiness and success, but also lays emphasis on the importance of the 'work' factor. The review does a good job of highlighting that. Congrats on BOTD

Love your review! Excellently written and so detailed and informative. I don't particularly like self help books, I am more into the fiction side of reading, but I love the author's approach to the book, how its not all positive energy but also strong encouragement.

To be honest I had grown tired of all the self-help books that came my way and had been staying away from the entire genre for a while now. But considering the review and how largely positive it is, I'm quite intrigued and hopeful for this one.
Thank you for this well-written and detailed review!

I like that the book is divided and organized into four logical units. I also like their names Crawling, Walking and Running because they have a stimulating effect.
