A good self-help book "The God Food Diet" by Miami Mike, which shows why many doctors are not be able to help us when it comes to weight loss practices. I want to read this book.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Based on my research background, the premise of the book has me interested in reading more about it. My hopes is that it offers some scientific research data to help with the author's point. Looking forward to checking it out eventually and posting an official review.

Loosing weight is very problematic. Despite the recommendation of the doctor, the results of following such prescription is almost always not as expected. This book prescribed a better option for loosing weight. Thank for this review.

It's a great lifesaver non-fiction book, regardless of any flaws there is. Because it can inspire its consumers through the author's experience in losing weight. I'd love to try, it's just that I have different weight issues. So maybe I'll just recommend it to anyone in need. Thanks for your review.

This definitely looks like a unique diet book. I am interested to read what Mike's Top Ten meals are. I also appreciate an author with a great sense of humor. I'm curious to see how he created this plan that worked for him when nothing else did. Great review!

I am learning more everyday about fitness and having a better relationship with food in general. For what I can see in your review this would be the perfect book for anyone trying to lose weight without the need to use extreme diets that end up failing.

This review truly made me curious to give it a try and see how it is possible to live a life eating better without saying goodbye to my favourite foods!

I was impressed by the author's carefree and yet effective writing skills. The foregrounding deployed on the texts makes them more captivating, memorable, and effective. The wealth of experience contained in this book, I believe, will benefit those battling with weight loss greatly.

I realize that self-help books are really written with the reader and his/her/their welfare in mind. However, they are usually written in the style of “if I can do it, you should be able to.” It makes them sound condescending.

This self-help diet book sounds like it could be a benefit for people who can eat meat and bread, and drink beer. I like that the author states the need to eliminate all processed foods for a healthy diet. Great review!

"The God Food Diet" by Miami Mike. An interesting self help book that talks about the loosing of weight. It gives an illustration of how weight lose can be done. In the sense that not every processed for is good for the body system. Most times it caused more harm than good. Congrats on the #BOTD.
