What song inspired you to keep on trying no matter what?

This is the place for readers of poetry. Discuss poetry and literary art. You can also discuss music here, including lyrics. Also, you can discuss poets themselves, in addition to poetry.

There are several. I actually have a playlist. Off the top of my head, "THe Big Picture" by Michael W. Smith, "Gotta Be" by Desiree, "Bring it on" by Seal, and "Reach for the Stars" by WIll.I.Am
Currently writing: Charmed Lives, Sovereign Eyes, and Corithian Saga …plus more!

Modest Mouse - Float On.

This song reminds me that no matter what goes wrong, we'll all float on. I have a quote from it tattooed on my body.

Several on the playlist. Mariah Carey's "Hero" and REM's "Everybody Hurts" are among my favorites to pick myself up and move forward.

I know this may be cliche, but I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor always inspires me.
