A book full of sexuality and spirituality, I would like to know how Lizzy the sweet farm girl actually adjusts to the changes, especially the bodily desires. Thanks for the review.

The review got me intrigued to read the book and find out about the ending. It covers the pretty difficult issues, and covering it in only 32 pages may seem a little bit insufficient, especially when the ending does not give the sensation of fulfillment. However, the plot attracts my attention, and it would be interesting to find out how the issue is addressed and solved.

A 32 pages book ought to end abruptly. That I agree with you. What I don't understand is how this book is meant for adults only considering how short it is. Anyway I will have to read it to decide for myself. Thanks for the good review.

Even though this is a short story, it seems like it is well-written, has great character development, and carries quite an emotional punch. Great review!

She should definitely tell on Joey. What he did was rape. He should not have masturbated in front of her. I think I should read this book so I can judge Joey Myself.

For those that enjoy coming-of-age stories, this sounds like a great addition to the genre that is likely a pretty quick read.

This book tells us about a nine-year-old girl, Lizzy, whose cousin does something very disturbing in front of her. I hate that she or any kid has to go through this. Though the bitter reality is they do! Thanks for the great review.

Lizzy Baby like her name made our day today! The novel is so interesting and the way it is reviewed is the best. Even though the book is not recommended for teenagers however they need to know like Baby Lizzy learned that way. Sarah P. Blanchar one may wonder why this creative and organized book about little girl and her Church family. Thank you so much author for the book.
4 stars rated fiction, with 8 chapters and I enjoyed part of it after downloading it from Amazon. I picked this line in chapter 7 location 601..
"Chewing furiously on her lower lip, Liz stared as the urine stream ended. The pony’s p*** shriveled and tucked itself back up into the triangular sheath."

And I had to hide some words in stars to avoid nullidity on the comment section, but this how open the book is. Very interesting the way characters acted in this book.

Thank you so much review team for a great review of the day today. #BOTD

Sex with characters this young can be very difficult because of the disturbing nature. I am going to tread lightly with this one. The naivety of the girl and her overly religious parent might enrage me. I would like to read this just to discover what becomes of the girl in the end.

I'm not sure why Lizzy's parents would want to expose their 9-year-old daughter to sexual content, whether from human or animal mating. It simply does not sit well with me. When Lizzy reveals Joey's predicament to them, I'm interested to see how they respond. I guess our parenting techniques are different. I also hope they aren't taken aback when they learn of their daughter's trauma. Great review I'm already hooked and I'll be reading this one.

Lizzy experience and routine depict a rural girl. The characters are well developed and easy to understand and comprehend. However, some reader may find some part of the book offensive. Thanks for the review.

Who is the little girl in the black and white picture on the cover of the book? Is that Lizzy or the author? Thank you for your encouraging review.

I like the idea of this book and what it represents. It's supposed to educate and open minds about some things that are still tabu in the country side. It sounds like something I could enjoy.

Lizzy's story of abuse seems traumatic. Although it is a fictional book, the author talks of issues that are relevant today. I wonder how it ends. What happens to Lizzy? Does she tell her parents? And what do they do?
