Having sampled this book and read your review, I feel that the Watch of Unreal Time activated by Riley's discovery of a book-like artifact, dragonfly rides, and colourful "muckin'-about-in-my-hedge" language blended in this suspenseful story make this novel feel like a perfect fantasy read!
