I'm not into books about business so this book is not for me. But I've read the review and in general the book sounds pretty educational and informative. So I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

That's interesting that the book also included instances where Disney failed. This sounds like a very well-written book that has been thoroughly researched. I really enjoyed your analysis of the book. It brought out various aspects of the organization and execution that reveals the author's attention to detail such as, for example, that every chapter began with a quote from Disney that was keyed in to that chapter's topic. Excellent review!

Thanks for the detailed and honest review. It sounds like this book could help anyone who has their own business or wants to start one. Disney obviously did many things right that could benefit others.
