That's interesting that the book also included instances where Disney failed. This sounds like a very well-written book that has been thoroughly researched. I really enjoyed your analysis of the book. It brought out various aspects of the organization and execution that reveals the author's attention to detail such as, for example, that every chapter began with a quote from Disney that was keyed in to that chapter's topic.
