I like that the author focuses on the plot instead of the characters; this ought to make for a great political thriller. While I do not want to read a political thriller at this time, I think it will be a great read for those who want to learn what Nick and Carol do. Thanks for the review!

This plot-driven thriller novel is bound to leave you wanting more. Follow Nick Reagan around the globe as he tries to foil the plans of international criminals.

Am I correct assuming that the current book is about industrial espionage? Because while I have nothing against it, as not exactly a technically advanced person I have doubts I will be able to follow the plot in this aspect. But crime, intrigue and international politics are just my cup of tea, so I will enjoy the book anyway!

I don't really like books like these. I don't like that one's culture, or one's country, is heavily portrayed in a book where an author is not part of said culture and/or country, and is therefore most of the time ignorant of the culture they incorporate in their book. What I'm saying is, if you're not part of a culture, maybe don't write about stuff regarding it, let alone make it seem that the said country is the enemy in your book. It's sometimes just becomes a little indirectly offensive when you write about a whole culture and write them as the villains or enemies.

Thank you so much for the detailed review!

The storyline is thrilling and intriguing at same time. I like the fact that the action in the book is nonstop. This sounds like a book up my alley.

This kind of story that is action-packed needs to be interesting and engaging. I like that the author was able to manage many characters introduced in the book. Nice review.

This book sounds interesting, if I were a fan of thrillers, I’d have picked it up. But I’m going to recommend it.

I'm interested in reading about the Ghost Chip and its capabilities. The book's plot sounds interesting, and having it told from the point of view of a confident and competent character like Nick must make this a great thriller.

Another spy thriller. I love it. These are among my favorite reads. What became of Nick Reagan after he was abducted? And who is the mystery woman he was with? I get the vibe that she's not who she claims to be. The characters in the sample are all very distinctive and the plot is intriguing. This novel is definitely going on my shelf as a want to read. Congrats to the author for such an engaging read and for making it to today's selection.

I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to find out if Nick and Carol will be able to stop terrorists attacks from creating havoc and mayhem in America. The Ghost Chip is very interesting aside from the sensitive topic of terrorism and this novel seems to be an explosive suspense story which is right up my alley.
