I enjoyed your great review of Annie Meehan's Choose to Soar: Navigating Disruptions in Business and Life.
I feel this book is a timely one for me, providing a different perspective on how to navigate challenges in my life. I like the use of the word STORM as a way to describe life's ups and downs. And I liked the use of the acronym to describe the different aspects of the healing process.
S = stillness, silence, and sadness.
T = time.
O = Openness.
R f=Relationships.
M for mindfulness,
AND S = SOARING ABOVE THE STORMS.
Thanks for your insightful review.

The book "Choose to Soar" is a successful attempt to answer the question of how to turn the troubles, storms and suffering of life into an incentive to achieve success. The writer, who has received in her private life a number of blows, ranging from the loss of members of her family to the destruction of her home, spoke about a number of means and tools that are useful in the matter. Leading towards success. Successful review. :tiphat:

Storms really bring and take a lot from us. They almost always change a lot about us, yet people often can't handle them. With storm comes a great fear of unknown. I would love to read this book which consists of three parts and take the key points from it.

"Choose to Soar" by Annie Meehan is a book in which the author introduces the STORMS tool to help people soar. This acronym is an abbreviation of the elements that the author further analyzes in the book. Some of them are stillness, time, and mindfulness.
