Great review. Thanks for the heads-up on the language and inappropriate situations. Sounds like the humor creates a good balance with these negatives. It is also nice when a book has a good ending. Great comments. Thanks.

Sounds like a fun story to read, a bit different than what I typically read but by your review that it would be one I could read! Thank you!

You always have really good and impartial reviews. This book sounds interesting and it definitely has it comedic moments. Pomeroy sounds like a very memorable character too. I'll have to consider reading this one.

Great review! I love bawdy humor and you paint Pomeroy as just the sort I'd love to hate -
hate to love? love to love? - so I can't wait to get to reading the copy I just downloaded.

Thank you also for assuring us that it's well-edited. No matter how good a story is, I just can't continue if it's replete with grammatical errors.

Nice review I agree Pomeroy is crude and delusional but he is funny in his own way. I like that he is against just about everything politically and bashes both sides.

This humurous satire that attacks political leaders is a good read. Not everybody can read this especially if they can not stomach strong language. The strong languages in this story emphasizes the personality of Ole Pomeroy.

[*]Awesome review! By the cover alone, I was not too sure about this book. However, your well-written review and the Amazon description has made me eager to read it. Even though the book contains crude language and adult scenarios, I believe the humor might outweigh this. Plus, I am excited to read a comical and light-hearted book.

I do love a good comedy, though the use of slang language does give me pause. Most slang is regional, so would I understand what he means? As for thinking that all women want him! Don't all musicians believe this!!!!

This author has a very different way of writing. I will give this book a try, based on your review. Pomeroy sounds like a very egotistical character. I enjoy satire but will have to see just how crude his character is.
