Little Men any good?

I'm about to finish "Little Women" again, and I'm wondering if I should continue on with "Little Men"? I really enjoyed "Little Women", but I'm a little leery of sequels. Is "Little Men" a good read, or is it the literary equivalent of Aftermash?

I think Good Wives is the sequel- then Little Men, but I'm afraid that's not much help as I haven't read it!
