Help finding a book

Hi,

I am looking for a book I read many years ago. I read in somewhere around the mid 70's, it was probably published in the late 60's or early 70's. Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of info on it.

It's an autobiography about a male comedian who moves way out in the boonies of Canada with his family. His place is inaccessible in the winter, he gets supplies by a float plane on the lake in front of his cabin. The story is a humorous look about the family learning to survive on their own.

And that's about all I remember! Thanks for any help!

Try to find out the book name or else it would be difficult in getting your preferred book. What I suggest is just look into some online bookstore. You can find it there.. They do have option to deliver at your doorstep. Have a lot at it..
