George R. R. Martin and karma
Here are some examples (note: I do not take credit for all of these observations, I just find them interesting)
1. The dagger Littlefinger held to Ned's throat while betraying him is the one Arya used to execute him.
2. Lady Olenna poisoned Joff and was executed by drinking poison (given by Joff's father nonetheless).
3. Ned Stark first kill is him beheading the fella from the Night's Watch, later he is killed by being beheaded... after agreeing to go to the Night's Watch.
4. Ramsey Bolton fed his stepmom and stepbrother to his hounds, who found him to be a delicious snack later.
5. Roose Bolton whispered a farewell to Robb before stabbing him in the gut, Ramsey returned the favor.
6. Walder Fray betrayed his guest's rights and was then fed his family by Arya, just like the Rat King. Lady Cat's throat was slit under Fray's orders and that is how Arya killed him.
7. Jaime cripples Bran in a brash act, as Jaime was crippled by Lock/Vargo Hoat.
8. Theon looses his uhhh manhood, only to die with some balls by taking on the Night King (ok that one was mine as far as i know haha)
9. Viserion ultimately becomes bad, much like Varys, who he was named after.
10. Ygritte died by being shot by an arrow, which was her weapon of choice.
11. Tywin was killed by the son he tried to have killed many times. (on the crapper to add further insult to Tywin's reputation)
What do you think of these examples? Are there any more you can think of?

And in the books Catelyn is actually brought back to life as Lady Stoneheart by Thoros of Mir after the Red Wedding. At this point, she is still alive and taking her revenge on those who have wronged her mwuahaha
