Finding a Job in Tough Times is a non-fiction book that entails tips and procedures on how to get employed, such as personality development exercises, goal setting tips and even life assessment exercises which can help an individual to be well-rounded. Dr. Tim Johnson, DPS, PE wrote this book because he believes that this will be helpful to all mankind especially those are at the low point of their life. This book will be beneficial whether you’re a fresh graduate looking for a job for the first time or presently employed but not happy with what you are doing. Dr. Johnson also believes that the methods and tips that were written here are universal and best approaches for everyone.
This “life manual book” contains realistic tips that would be very helpful whenever pursued. It's unmistakable and enamoring. The author narrates in a way as if he is talking to a mentee, and the exercises are basic and efficient. The questions are easy that it doesn’t require you to rack brains, and the activities are engaging. Containing some close to home stories and genuine representations, the book is drawing in and entirely relatable. Furthermore, it's made primarily for occupation searchers.
Giving gradual guidelines to both those that as of now have work and the individuals who don't, this book gives activities concerning self-portrayal, depicting your favorite individual, emotions, the past, negatives, individual meeting, abilities for the graduates, aptitudes for the specialist, recognizable attributes, life evaluations, work correlation, extension plans, insistence activity, needs, making companions, administration models, first contact, vocation examination, connecting with companions, carrying change to a relationship, planning your life, watchword discoverer, list of qualifications composing and altering, your last employment, inquiries for the questioner, input, requesting exhortation, etc.
Overall, I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. Despite its minimal grammatical errors, it doesn’t deteriorate the totality of this book. Also, these are universal approaches that can be used in all aspects of life.
This is a workbook that can assist you with reexamining yourself, and help you better yourself. Ideal for school graduates, individuals looking for advancement, jobless and lost in the pursuit of employment. It is an exercise manual that will require your time since it doesn't give any moment arrangements. I enjoyed and learned a lot from this book. I recommend this to you to give this a try.
