Mitch Albom on "The Colbert Report"

Post by Scott »

I love The Colbert Report, and last night they aired this: Steven Colbert interviews Mitch Albom (video)

I enjoyed reading Albom's book, The Five People You Meet in Heaven. From the interview above, he seems like a really cool guy to me. He was promoting his new book, For One More Day.

Of course, we can't talk about Mitch Albom without mentioning his book, Tuesdays with Morrie.

What do you think?

I actually got the lovely opportunity of meeting Mr. Albom. We read 5 ppl you meet in heaven my junior year b/c my teacher really thought it was nifty that they didn't describe your basic religious heaven. He was very nice and willing to answer ANY and however many questions you have for him. Hes also very short, came up to my chest and I'm a 5'5 girl.

I read Tuesdays With Morrie when I was deployed. My roommate insisted. It was an OK book, but I'm not burning to read anything else by him.
