You

Post by thisgirl818 »

Here we go again, snowflakes and misery
I miss you everyday since you've been gone
And I haven't been okay, no not for a long time
Maybe one day I will or maybe one day I'll never be
I don't know, all hope is lost for me
Cold December winds, I hate those
And I miss the days where you said
"Stupid girl, I'll be you Knight and warming jacket"
"I'll never let you go, you'll never be cold anymore."
Indeed how stupid I was but it was warm and tempting
So I walked in and came close to you
I created this dream for our own little world
A dream I wish you could see right now.

Sad poem. I could feel it through your well written poem. It means you did a great job with the delivery. Continue writing!

This would make a beautiful song. I've felt these emotions.

One feels like a duck, splashing around in all this wet. And when one feels like a duck, one is happy!

It seems like this poem goes with others on a certain topic. It's nice seeing the progression of the loss of love in this way. It makes something that's so sad into something beautiful, as well.
