Meteor Shower

Post by thisgirl818 »

I miss you since you've been gone
What do I do without you now?
Every night in my dreams
I see you and I'm constantly hoping
That this should've been my reality
But life fades and coffins are filled
You're six feet under the ground
And I'm six feet under the stars
I wish we could've seen the stars
Falling down to the Earth
How they burned so bright
But disappears in a blink of a eye
Making a fleeting impression
Just like you my love
Forgotten by the world
And only remembered by me

An emotional love poem, I see! I can understand it is about a dead love very easily, and what the speaker wished to do. Good job!
