From the very beginning, since reading a sample page or two, I immediately assumed this would just be a typical book following along the journey of two young girls. What surprised me most, as I’ve began to read further, was that my judgment was completely wrong. Within the first few chapters, I’ve began to learn a lot of interesting things, based on conscious mind and dreams. Things, many of us aren’t aware of, or even just a little bit knowledgeable. Sara and her twin sister Kara are two special individuals, and we’re invited to learn, grow, and share their new found talents.

At just a young age, they begin training for something that average teenagers don’t do, or even considered thinking about. In preparation, to save humanity, they now understand this is very serious. At times, they sense the impossibility of their mission, thinking they will fail or give up in the process. They then realize, they must embrace this new discovery and accept it as a gift, something not many can obtain, but yet available to all. They go through this journey with the beneficial support of their loving parents and grandmother, who provide them the knowledge and advice to get them further, to what they need to accomplish.

Dreams became a complex experience that many people wouldn’t dare think of the underlying reasoning behind them. Both Sara and Kara were giving dream journals, provided by their grandmother, to keep their dreams logged. I find that to be an interesting method, but also worth it, as you can go back, review your dreams and analyze them. Trying to interpret something as multi-layered as dreams can take much brain power, but these girls seem to have it down pact, that they look forward to dreaming. Taking it into consideration, this book has a lot to do with the girls’ dreams and how they process them into action while in their waking state.

Since Sara and Kara are of their own identities, even as twins, some would assume they would share gifts. Well apparently, Sara’s dreams have portrayed more than expected, given that they’re only ten years old. Both their parents and grandmother believe the girls would develop their gifts at the age of thirteen. Lately, some things have been showing signs that the timing may be otherwise. I understand these girls, I can tell they’re looking forward to an early future of plenty changes and new ways to carry out their mission. They will become very successful, but keep in mind the story focuses mainly on one of the girls, instead of both equally, and readers would wonder why. As you read this book, you’ll learn who is more gifted than the other, and through dream interpretation you would only hope they’ll be fully ready.

I rate this book a 4 out of 4, as Steven has gone further in depth with dreams, their true meanings behind them, and what their purposes for having them are. Providing as much information for anyone to consider working on their own research, given the new knowledge, is an excellent gift you can receive from this book. Analyzing the way our conscious and subconscious works, offers great benefits of the individuals wanting to become a whole person, and achieve the impossible. This was a well written book, and I would highly recommend this to anyone who would be interested in learning more about dreams, and higher thinking. I would honestly consider this a fictional reference, that can be a great start on a new journey.
