The book a good tool anyone can use to understand what grief really means especially in chapter 1, page 8 where the author described and emphasized that grief goes beyond mere discouragement or a bad day at the office but she continued saying grief is a merry-go-round.

I liked how the author tells how to deal with grief in flexible ways like openness, thinking outside of the box, repetition, and perseverance.

Having beliefs that keep the grieving person hope for a better future and helps to create happiness in their faces and relieve pain in their souls.

I learned stages of grief as; denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance that I think makes a lot of sense and each stage makes the grieving person heal slowly from grief due to a loss of a loved one.
The author furthermore describes stages of grief that can help to cope better with any circumstance as; denial, anger, bargaining, depression, embracing truth, commitment, and reconciliation.

I rate the book The ultimate love written by Sherine Anniruth 4 out of 4 stars because the book is professionally edited and it's educative that can grieving mothers cope with the loss of their loved children.
I didn't notice any typos and grammar errors on the book meaning it's professional work.
