Bonnie Fogler author of the book: The other side of Healing.

A powerful story of a woman, Bonnie Fogler that fought since 2009 what could have been a possible tragedy for her and for those that are dear to her. During the book, Bonnie talks about different things that brought her to where she is today in life, she talks about what she has learned over the past few years and how they have helped her during the battle against her health problems. She talks about what she went through during this long journey that continues, but that today is no longer as tough as it was at the beginning and what she has learned from this experience. She talks about the good things that a good mind, body, and spirit can give us and how they influence our well-being. She mentions other authors, from which she has learned a lot and had helped her through their books, CD’s, etc….

I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. I didn’t give 4 stars, because regardless of being a good book, which it is, some of the medical expressions used during the book, maybe a lit complicated for the reader to understand.

I found this book to be very well thought out and well written. What I liked the most about this book was the message that the author, Bonnie Fogler, passes to the reader. We can see her good intentions (on showing us what she went through), in informing us and showing us that anything can happen to us, how we should proceed in this situation and what can help us in this case. What I also like in this book is the inspiration, courage, and motivation that the author passes/gives to her readers in every single word of her journey. What I liked the least about this book, regardless of being the correct way of saying it, was the difficulty of knowing what certain medical vocabulary meant.

In my opinion, this book would appeal to the interest of certain young adults, adults, and seniors. I wouldn’t recommend this book to children and teenagers, because it’s not appropriate for their age and also because it’s not a subject that would appeal to the interest of a child or a teenager.
