Review of Unveil your Intimate Self
Have you ever wonder whenever you wake up in the morning or late in the night or the moment that you realize that something feels strange deep down in your heart. You feel like you are stuck with your job, relationships, and your own life, or it feels like there is an emptiness in your heart. Whatever it is that it suddenly comes and starts to bother you emotionally, mentally, physically, and even spiritually. In those situations, one can easily be broken and fall apart. However, it can be a perfect moment that your true life, your true travel begins on this planet. Because you start to question yourself such as ‘who am I?’ or ‘what is the purpose or meaning of my life?’. And when you start questioning yourself you cannot ignore it, you just have to find answers.
Unveil your Intimate Self by Elena Georgiadou is an excellent and useful book for people who have had the experience I described above. The book contains three parts and three sections. In three parts there are interesting explanations of the world that we live in and the explanation of mental conditioning. Those parts give you compelling information. And in three sections there are useful and valuable advice, tips, and teachings about how to find your true self. Besides, I would like to mention that the author gives an excellent guideline for meditation.
I have to admit that the author did perfect researches and learning for writing this book. Besides, she interviewed professors and learned the ancient teachings and philosophy of the Greeks. Because the book includes information about body, mind, emotions, characters of the human being, and also, the connections between them. There is a good chance not only to learn about yourself but also other people, specifically, how to talk to them and how to interact with them.
I rated this book 4 out of 4 stars because there is nothing for me to dislike the book. I considered a few spelling and errors of the word choice, but it is not serious. In addition, it may seem a little complicated book, however, I was able to understand and reach the meaning directly.
I recommend this book for people who want to have a peaceful heart, happy and meaningful life, an intelligent and practiced mind, and a healthy body. While reading, you may think of some statements as religious content, but I would say that those statements are from different religions to explain spirituality in this material world.
