Somebody who knew Sydney Livingstone wanted her dead. They kept reminding her of her past. What had she done to upset them like this? She was just a struggling tennis player who wanted to prove to the world she could make a living still playing tennis at her age. She was playing in the Mainspring Mutual Open tournament to help her pay her bills, she didn’t expect it to turn into a tournament she would never forget. Orion Gregory makes you feel like you are a part of the book with the real-life experiences and mystery. Throughout Faults you are given clues as to who could be behind all the murders and damage. Friendships and betrayal add to the mystery that you will explore, while reading the book. You keep wondering who could be doing this to sweet Sydney and why? The murder goes to great lengths to harm her mentally and physically, but will he succeed in the end or is she stronger?

Orion Gregory has used tennis tactics and terminology to his advantage, he keeps the reader interested even if you are not an avid tennis player or enthusiast. The story has only a few characters, with each one having something dirty on them. Leaving you to believe it could have been them, making it interesting to establish if you were right or wrong. The chapters flow into each other and keep building up into an explosive ending.

There are no negative aspects in the book. There were no excessive language, violence, or murder scenes. Each section ended timeously and keeps the readers attention. You were left wondering what would happen next and who could be wreaking havoc.

Even with a fear of spiders I think the character portrayed by Nicole was well written and her baboon spider kept appearing at the right or wrong times. However, they didn’t side-track the main story line, but added to its character.

The book has been professionally edited. I would rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.

The book will appeal to people who like crime and mystery with a thrilling ending. Sensitive readers need to be aware that the story begins with Milena who has had enough of life and all its challenges, she decides to end it. Readers who suffer from depression may gain some insight into the aftereffects of suicide and how their loved ones and friends will reel in misery when they are gone.
