Review of Man Mission
Have you ever dreamed of traveling the world to explore its wonders? Eytan Uliel tells a fictional tale of exciting adventures by four best friends who explored the world in fifteen years and the changes in their lives in the book titled Man Mission.
A wild teenage idea begins a tradition among four best friends who have been friends since college. The one-week annual outdoor trips involve kayaking, hiking, and cycling. These adventurous vacations are riddled with rituals such as sumo wrestling, a pink bracelet worn by the biggest whiner, and lots more. Traveling the world outside the usual luxuries defines their manhood as they face numerous difficulties. Their lives, families, and careers are threatened by the challenges they encounter. Are these trips a means to find a place of solace from their tumultuous realities? Dive into this book; it is a good read.
This book is extremely satisfying, filled with adventurous thrills, humor, and impactful lessons on friendship and family. The author of this book, Eytan Uliel, talks about life problems revolving around families, and he prioritizes making tough decisions regarding career paths. I must commend the author for the realistic descriptions of places, people, and cultures. Every scene comes to life, capturing the reader's attention. This made it impossible to quit reading the book.
The author flawlessly weaved past and present events without confusion. The book teaches the values of love, courage, and determination. The missions helped the characters grow as they challenged themselves to take risks. It also helps to understand how the mind of a man works. It is fascinating how the vacations bonded the guys and helped them build stronger friendships. They looked after each other through the good and bad times. Their friendship is enviable.
One thing I disliked about the book was how the author made the characters run away on vacations to escape their problems; running away from their issues resulted in painful endings to relationships. This made me wonder if the vacations were indeed for exploration or if they simply served as an excuse to avoid these challenges. Nevertheless, the book is enjoyable.
Due to its professional editing, I found no grammatical or typographical errors in the book. Therefore, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.
A few bible references were made in the book, which might not be appealing to non-religious readers. I recommend this book to fictional lovers. Anyone who loves adventures can also grab this book.
