Farmer Beau's Farm is a children's book by Kathleen Geiger that explores the lives of these animals who live on a farm. Farmer Beau and his wife Bamma own a farm, where they tend to their plants and vegetables. One particular day, they found these six kittens running around their yard. Over time, five of those kittens left, and only one stayed behind. Beau and Bamma took care of this kitten and named her Kailey Kitten.

Kailey is not the only animal to join the farm. A bunny named Samantha, who does not have a home, was wandering around Beau’s and Bamma’s yard and became fast friends with Kailey. Beau and his wife decide to take in Samantha, as they did with Kailey. But, this is not the end of the story. A new surprise animal is being added to the farm and it has Kailey and Samantha worried about what it could be. Will Samantha and Kailey get along with this new animal, or will they reject this animal? I can say that this new animal was definitely a surprise because I would have never guessed that this "thing" would be the new addition.

Children ages six to ten would enjoy a book like this as a bedtime story. They would have to be at an advanced reading level because there are no one or two sentences on each page; there are only paragraphs.

Adam Musk is the illustrator of these lively and colorful animated characters. These pictures kept me visually stimulated. The artwork is highly expressive, for example, when Kailey first met Samantha, you can see in her eyes that she was startled. I love drawing and creating animated characters, so this stood out to me and is what I loved most about the book.

I had such a good time reading this book that I am going to give it 4 out of 4 stars. It was a beautiful story about animals who needed a home to call their own, so Bamma and Beau created one for them. I did not find any spelling or grammar errors, so I can say that this book is exceptionally well-edited. The story was cohesive, well-structured, and well-written. There was nothing I disliked about this book.
