The Change Guidebook by Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino is a book that talks about change and the points of change. The author groups the points of change into three parts which are aligning the heart, truth, and energy. The author writes about tools that can be used to work through a process when faced with challenges where change or improvement needs to be made. The author writes about the points of change, how to navigate each point of change and how to get through the challenges that each point of change might come with. Read The Change Guidebook by Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino to discover more about the ten points of change and how to translate them into real-life habits.

I loved the educative aspects of this book. Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino did an excellent job of using real-life scenarios to drive home her point at the end of each chapter, so it doesn’t seem like it is just mere thoughts not backed up by feasible real-life application and action plan. I loved the fact that the author made the principles in the book practicable with the exercises featured at the end. I also loved the author's vulnerability while writing this piece because it helped to pass across some messages in the book properly.

Some ambiguous words used in the book could be difficult for some laypersons who may be in dire need of the invaluable information contained in it to comprehend. I felt the author could have simplified her diction a bit. At some point, I felt some explanation should have been given for some of the medical terms featured in the heart stories because readers who are not medically inclined will have a hard time understanding that part of the book.

I will rate The Change Guidebook by Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino 4 out of 4 stars. I came across just a few errors in the book, so I can rightly assert that it was edited professionally. It was a great read enriched with life-changing exercises and packed with invaluable life lessons. I consider the issues in my negative points to be strictly a matter of style, and I wouldn't fault the author for her prefered style and diction.

This book is recommended to those who want to change or are going through some form of change in their lives and need guidance. I also recommend it to people struggling with loss of any form; it will help them handle their losses better. This book will also be well appreciated by people going through tough times; it will help them through the times and teach them how to navigate through changing circumstances in life successfully.

Change is one of the most difficult things for humans to accept. Humans were wired to be static but a book like this helps walk a person through on achieving change.
