After getting married in New Mexico, the newly-weds Tom and Kelly traveled to Honduras for their honeymoon. This is because Kelly wanted something sophisticated. While taking a tour around the island, Kelly discovered some operations of the terrorists that were taking place and had been going on without notice.

E M P Honeymoon, a book that was authored by Dorothy May Mercer, talks to us about how the United States of America could be wiped out by monitoring and taking advantage of it's weaknesses. This could be done by creating and using an Electron Magnetic Pulse and also initiating informants directly into it's systems. These include security personnel who are well trained such as Colonel Rhee. This book also gives us a treat to the different spectacular places, through persons such as Kelly, Colonel Rhee and so on. It also tells us how the different discoveries could be advantageous and disadvantageous at the same time.

I loved this story because it is thought through thoroughly, especially the fact that there are different chapters that inform us about the different characters and events of the story. For example, US Senator Mike McBride and his family. I also found it interesting. I loved characters such as Kelly, because of her bravery in helping provide information about the terrorists and being able to escape from them. I think that Tom is a very caring person, especially towards his wife Kelly. There are others such as Aggie, Steve, and Sharon who were essential too. Of course, fear, anger, and worry are some of the emotions that I got, while I was reading this book, and I did not like them at all.

I noticed a few mistakes being majorly grammar in nature. These mistakes did not hinder my understanding of the story at all. Therefore, I must say that this story was well written. Because Dorothy had to honour the newly-weds, some bits of the story talk about the romance and love of the two. This means that this book is for a selected audience only. That having been said, therefore, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.

This book talks us about the possibilities love can create and have, it also what has happened due to Science, and what may still happen due to Science, danger due to Science, being saved from harm, and the beauty of nature. Some scenes have some mature descriptions. Hence, I recommend this book to those aged fifteen years and above who love sight seeing, to know some of the advancements in Science, suspense, action, and romance.
