Seeking... Finding... Healing... by Becky Lu Jackson is a truly good book. I got to learn things I never thought I would learn at this age (I'm 19). This book was about healing and finding yourself. Most people my age don't know how their lives are. We are confused and we are still trying to figure out the way of life. There was something different and captivating about this book. The message it carried will forever be with me. One of the things I learned about this book is to actually live in the moment emotionally. What I mean is that most of us don't check on our feelings, we go through stuff and we don't acknowledge our feelings. Becky taught me how to respect other people and not expect it back. We live in a generation whereby people say "respect is earned". That is true, but respecting yourself and others shows that you love yourself. There is a lot I could type, but I'm afraid I won't finish.

What I love about the book is the excellent lessons I could take from it. I know I have to go back and start over because it's not a once-off read. To apply it in my life, I need to read it again and understand other concepts I didn't get before. One of the valuable things I have also learned is that I should take some time to observe my thoughts and feelings before responding, because most people end up with regrets when decisions are not taken properly.

There is nothing I hate about this book. The format was easy to understand and read. The book had an easy language that anyone would read. I didn't need a dictionary to read the book, which is what I loved.

I will therefore rate this book 4 out of 4 for the nice content and the fact that it was edited properly. I loved the way it was formatted and everything about it. The rating is good because the book is worth reading.

I will recommend this book to people who are going through a lot at this moment. I would like this book to reach people who want to heal from their past and also find themselves. This book can be read by people of any age. It doesn't have an age requirement. The book doesn't touch that much on religion, so anyone of any religion can read it.
