The Manual For Humanity Thriving In The New Earth by Tat Jane Bego Vic is a spiritual guide for those seeking to understand how to move towards a higher level of consciousness. Many things have occurred in the environment around us that have caused a shift in frequencies. With these changes, there is a need to realign and refocus our thoughts and energy. Several techniques are offered throughout the book that teach the reader how to release blockages from the heart and mind. These techniques include focused breathing, grounding, and soul dancing. When put into practice, a shift in the spirit will occur, allowing the reader to achieve better balance and peace within themselves.

I appreciated several of the concepts expressed in this book. The author clearly has a deep knowledge of spiritual enlightenment. Even if a reader is not entirely confident with the new age concepts discussed, there are still many principles that can be applied in a general sense. For example, the reader discusses living our current moment in the eternal now to experience the vibration of love. This language can seem daunting. However, the author continues and explains the importance of being fully present in the moment. By relating these techniques to commonly known practices, it can allow others to be more comfortable in engaging with concepts that are new to them. I believe this book has the capacity to open the minds of many who are interested in learning more about their spiritual path.

I would recommend that there are continued explanations throughout the book on higher-level concepts like spiritual enlightenment or realigning the chakras. For those unaccustomed to these beliefs, the idea of frequencies and chakras can be difficult to grasp. While the author does discuss the restorative techniques in detail, it feels like there is an assumption that the reader already has basic knowledge of the beliefs towards a higher self.

I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. I believe that the writing flowed very well. I discovered this book to be full of valuable techniques that can easily be practiced, regardless of the level of expertise. I do believe if the author incorporated more examples to help the novice reader relate to certain concepts, the book would be capable of reaching more audiences.

I recommend this book to those who are aspiring to enlighten their spiritual path through a series of thought-provoking discussions. Those readers who are seeking specific principles to practice will find this book has a wealth of exercises to explore.

Actually, the book is meant to align all readers to their current physical life by default, and by utilizing this simple wisdom and knowledge that is already within us; some practical techniques can take those already awakened and on their realization journey even deeper.

So, my point is, the book is not only for spiritual seekers. I have a Chapter, in fact all of the Chapters fully explain why and how the spiritual and physical worlds are ONE, and can not be separated if we want to succeed in any aspect of our lives, and realize our highest potential.

I hope you get a chance to read the book again to understand the truth about physical and spiritual life deeper, as they are one and are the point of this book.

Thanks again for reading and reviewing my book.

May your journey to self-realization be blessed and prosperous.

With Love and Gratitude, Tat Jane --the author

I am not a big fan of spirituality. I would pass on this. All the same, this is a nice review. Kudos to the reviewer
